Challenge to Raise Money for the Defibrillator
On a grey day in summer when the drizzle hung in the air, we set off on a challenge to raise money for the defibrillator by cycling, scooting, climbing and walking as far as we could in 30 minutes. We were not going to let the weather dampen our enthusiasm! We completed 140 laps of the field on our bikes and 72 laps of the playground in total, making the combined distance we travelled a colossal 19.6 miles, smashing our target! Thank you to everyone who sponsored us and to the Pupil Parliament for counting our laps and encouraging us all the way.
